Privacy Policy
When you place an order or send and email we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. We may record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use which enables us to improve the service we provide.
This information is used to process orders and to provide a more personal shopping experience. We may use this information to tell you about changes to our website and to let you know about our products and Adam Sharpe Motorsport services. If you do not wish to receive this information, please send us an email to we do not pass on, sell, trade or rent your personal information to other companies.


Safety Security
Once an Adam Sharpe Motorsport customer enters the order process, all of the information that is transferred between you and us is encrypted using SSL encryption. Even if this data could be intercepted over the Internet it would be useless.
When you enter a secure area of our site, on your browser you will notice a picture of a small padlock - this normally appears right at the bottom of the screen. To double check this, you can right click on the page and select 'properties' or 'view frame info' from the list which will tell you whether you are secure or not. Also look out for the sign of a secure web page, which can be identified by the URL (the web site address). A standard page will begin with 'http://'. A secure web page will begin with the URL 'https://' denoting that the merchant is using a secure server for the transaction of data.
All credit card details are encrypted using www.velocitypay.co.uk 128bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Software. When you establish a secure connection, the downloaded web site sends a digital certificate to your web browser. When the certificate arrives, it contains a public key, which functions as a one-way encryption device. The browser then uses this key to scramble your personal data (Credit Card Information) before sending it over the Internet. Information encrypted with the public key cannot be decrypted without the corresponding private key, which only the merchant has. Without this exclusive, private key, your personal information cannot be read

They issue digital certificates to companies, and individuals, that are used as proof of identity online, and provide for the protection of all information sent over the World Wide Web, using the most currently available encryption technology.

Ordering

Order Online - The easiest way to order is through the shopping basket on this website. All transactions and information is encrypted using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Payment processing is provided by www.velocitypay.co.uk. We accept the following credit cards Master Card, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Switch, Solo, and JCB

Order By Mail - The fourth way is to post your order to us, you can send a cheque or postal orders (please do not send cash) payable to Adam Sharpe Motorsport Ltd.

Delivery
Adam Sharpe Motorsport will despatch your order within one working day of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri. Items can be delivered on our next working day or two working days (48 hour) service as long as they are ordered before 12:00 hours (Mon - Fri). The normal post option normally takes 3-5 working days (Mon - Fri). If you live in the outback (a far away location) then please allow an extra couple of days for delivery. We use Royal Mail and FedEx.
The delivery tariffs for mainland UK are as follows:
Any item(s) up to 30kgs on Royal Mail 3-5 day delivery will be charged @ £2.95.
Any item(s) up to 30kgs on two day (48 hour) delivery will be charged @ £4.95.
Any item(s) up to 30kgs on next day delivery will be charged @ £5.95.
Orders sent for next day or two day delivery will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order. Please note we cannot accept next day or two day (48 hour) deliveries to the following postcodes.
IM - Isle Of Man, BT - Belfast, IV - Inverness, PH - Inverness, PA - Renfrewshire, KY - Kirkcaldy, KW - Orkney Isles. TR20, 21, 22, 23 - Truro, HS - Isle of Lewis, ZE - Shetland
We can only offer the standard 3 - 5 working day delivery (charged at £2.95). All next day or two day orders to these postcodes will be amended to £2.95. Please ensure you select the correct delivery option when ordering.
International deliveries are done via the Royal Mail or FedEx. The charge varies according to the weight of the parcel and its destination country. A typical price for a Backpack to a customer in France would be around £10.00. For further information or for deliveries outside Europe please contact us before you place your order. The delivery tariffs for any item(s) to mainland Europe and the Republic of Ireland (see notes) up to 30kgs 3-5 day delivery is £10.00.
Adam Sharpe Motorsport reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice.

Returns
We endeavour to supply only the highest quality product and believe you will be delighted with your product from Dailysportcar.com However, if you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
If you prefer, our Customer Service team will be happy to take your replacement order, and you can then have a refund on return for the unwanted item. You can email us at info@adamsharpe.com or phone +44 (0) 1823 452111
We will accept returns up to 14 days after the date of invoice. If you wish to return an item to us you must first obtain a returns number - you can do this by phoning us on +44 (0) 1823 452111 or emailing us at info@adamsharpe.com - we cannot accept any returned items without this prior authorisation. The returns number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package sent back to us or supplied as a printed receipt to the shop you are returning it to. No return will be accepted without this number marked clearly on the outside of the package or in your possession.
The item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of the date that the returns number is issued. Any items returned must be in the original condition that you received them from us with all packaging and tags intact. If you wish to exchange an item(s) you will have to cover the cost of the postage back to us but there will be no subsequent postal charge for the replacement item. If you are returning an item to us for a refund, you will have to cover the cost of the postage back to us. If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly, we will cover the cost of any return postage due. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
